Apply for a Class Scholarship
Available to Wisconsin resident students in grades K-12. Scholarships (tuition reduction) are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on community donations given directly to the Mary Pat Sutherland Scholarship Fund. There is no automatic guarantee of scholarship approval.
General Eligibility Guidelines
Eligibility is determined by the current status of your Wisconsin State Healthcare and FoodShare benefits. To qualify, you will be required to attach a digital copy of your most recent “Information about eligibility” letter from the State of Wisconsin Centralized Document Processing Unit directly to your Ludus class registration form.
How to Download Your State Eligibility Letter
- Go to the official state ACCESS website at access.wi.gov.
Click the Log in button. - Enter your secure user ID and password, and click Login.
- Once on your Account Home page dashboard, click View My Letters in the main menu selection.
- Click “View” located to the far right of your most recent “Information about eligibility” letter.
- Once the document opens up on your monitor, click the down arrow icon to download and save the file to your computer or phone.
How to Register via Ludus
When you fill out your child’s registration form inside our Ludus portal, choose the scholarship option and follow the instructions which include how to upload your eligibility letter.
Once your form is submitted, our managing director will verify your attached letter and contact you via email regarding the official approval status of your tuition request.
